He excels in a broad spectrum of leadership, communication and technical disciplines with unmatched ethics whose dedication to customer satisfaction is legendary. His prodigious talents as a Leader/Communicator, Genius in engineering and gifted insight/vision has led Burchell Professional Group Inc. to its upward trajectory and strong debt-free financial organic growth.

Marci specializes in using an intuitive and personal approach to help our company find unique ways to solve problems. She is a veteran with decades of expertise in management. Her strong interpersonal skills have created positive momentum to allow our company to create and develop professional relationships with prospective suppliers, welders, testing services, and other service providers. Her previous experience in other industries makes her an effective leader who contributes greatly to our company's success. She is committed to the company and its employees 100%.

Rebekah is a Graduate of the BYU Marriott School of Management. She is well-educated in financial matters which has prepared her for her role as Chief Financial Officer. She is a conscientious individual with an enthusiastic passion for creativity and a strong desire for learning. Her strengths in organization and her detail-oriented personality ensures that we stay on schedule budget-wise and stay focused. She works in a number of various capacities for our company, which included accounting, marketing, commercializing products as well as designing our company logo, creating our employee training courses, also the procuring of our raw materials, and lastly, she performs various daily tasks that keep our company running smoothly.
