Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, send an email to us with the following: pictures and documentation of the damaged or defective item, proof of purchase/receipt and an explanation of the reason for your return request. You must have these above items in order to submit a return request. After your return request is submitted, we will review your situation to determine if your items are eligible for a refund and/or replacement. We will refund or replace defective parts only if we determine that there is a valid reason for you to return the product. Once our customer service department approves your return, you can then return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. You will be required to pay return shipping costs. Contact customer service to receive updates on the status of your return request. We will try to be diligent in communicating with you about the status of your return/refund request.

To return a product, once you have been notified that we will accept your return request, send the product back to our address at 820 W. Calle Ocarina via the shipping company of our choice, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). You must submit a return request within 30 days of the purchase date or the item will not be eligible for return. Once we have received your return, wait at least 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account in the way you originally paid (debit card or credit card).

Shipment processing time

Note that this is a preorder item and there is no guaranteed processing and/or delivery date. Orders will be processed on a first come first serve basis. We will make it a priority to provide you with tracking information after it becomes available. If delays occur, we will do our best to send you updates via email and keep you notified of any changes in wait time or delivery dates. Rest assured that we are working diligently to try to get every customer’s order processed correctly, on time, and with the best quality and professional design.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is free only in the United States. Foreign shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. After ordering an estimated delivery date will be provided. Note that we ship worldwide.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number as soon as it becomes available via email after payment has been verified.

Order Policy

Items will only be accepted with full payment. We reserve the option to delay order fulfillment to a later date if necessary. We will make our best effort to notify you on our website and/or via email of expected shipping date changes and availability of our ordered items.

 

If you order 1,000 or more tiedowns, the price per tiedown will be reduced to $570.00 each.
