Introducing our New Flight Deck Tie Down Fittings!

Introducing our newest product, corrosion resistant superalloy flight tie down fittings. These superior by all conceivable metrics superalloy tie down fittings or "tiedowns" are our innovative solution created to make your maintenance costs obsolete.

Our product has the following features:

Built to last for a long service life of 40 years or more, the same service life of an Arleigh-Burke Class Destroyer.

Completely maintenance-free and corrosion resistant. The tiedown will stay as shiny as when you bought it throughout its service life.

Galvanically compatible with all flight deck steels.

They have the ability to retain their toughness at extremely low temperatures and even retain more than 85% of their structural strength up to as high as 1300 degrees Fahrenheit.

They have outstanding weldability simplifying installation with outstanding welds guaranteed 100% of the time.

They are lightweight (40% lighter than competitors), yet their strength surpasses ordinary tiedowns due to the superior mechanical properties of this superalloy. The same load that would cause catastrophic failure of a steel tie down will not be enough to even yield the material or cause permanent deformation of these. They will literally outlast any vessel they are installed on.

They can be installed on any flight deck, whether you want to use them on your yacht, helicopter pads, oil rigs, ships, etc.

Our tiedowns are composed of quality durable 100% Inconel 718 material which is impervious to seawater corrosion that has passed corrosion tests, severe static pull tests, and fatigue tests. In fact, our Inconel 718 tiedowns met and exceeded all Navy qualifications tests. If it is more than acceptable for the Navy it is more than adequate to meet any of your needs as well.
